FSX Scenery: FSX Scenery Adams Island DeLuxe   FSX Scenery Adams Island DeLuxe, New Zealand. Adams Island is part of Auckland Islands archipelago. The southern end of Auckland Island broadens to a width of 26 km (16 mi) where a narrow channel, known as Carnley Harbour or the Adams Straits, separates it from the roughly triangular Adams Island (area approximately 100 km2/39 sq mi), which is even more mountainous, reaching a height of 705 m (2313 ft) at Mount Dick. The channel is the remnant of the crater of an extinct volcano, with Adams Island, and the southern part of Auckland Island forming the crater rim. South Islands Air Service, flying Embraer 120s has a Monday and Friday flight to Adams Island recently started airfield at the new port in Penship Bay, which is still only a dirt strip from Invercargill, NZ. Fly some cargo and passengers to this very cold place way down under. New scenery, land class and a lighted dirt strip included. The scenery adds a seaplane dock, static seaplane, water vehicles, a medium marina, resort hotel, and estates to make landing here more interesting. FSX Scenery: FSX Alfs UK airfields Volume 18   FSX Alfs_UK_airfields-Volume 18 Although FSX scenery is a great improvement on FS2004, there are still many small airfields in the UK with little or no details. I have tried to improve this in a small way. I do not not aim to make them accurate, only better. They were compiled using aerial views from Google Earth, Pooleys UK Flight Guide, and the FSX SDK Object Placement Tool and Airport Design Editor v1.40. Extra items were produced using Instant Object Maker v1.2 from FlightSimTools.com. I mainly use the standard FSX scenery objects but for items that combinations of FSX objects could not mimic I have made dedicated objects. I have also started adding a few landclass objects using Google Earth. I hope it does improve some of the smaller airfields. It was designed to use with FSX SP2 so there may be problems if SP1 and SP2 are not installed. CYYJ (2009) portrays the Victoria (British Columbia, Canada) International Airport (CYYJ) and surrounding scenery, including the Coast Guard station at nearby Pat Bay, as they appeared in mid-2009. CYYJ (2009) is fully compatible with Ultimate Terrain Canada/Alaska for FS2004 and Ultimate Terrain X – Canada for FSX, Victoria+ (both FS2004 And FSX versions) and other road and shoreline upgrades for the area.
